An animated GIF says more than a single picture and loads faster than a video. It plays on its own, loops forever and works almost everywhere: messaging apps, emails, websites, online shops and social media. This GIF maker turns a set of photos into a smooth animation in a minute, with no software to install and no account to create.
Everything happens in your browser. Your photos are never uploaded, and the finished GIF has no watermark.
The Time per Photo slider sets how long each picture stays on screen, from a quick flicker to a calm slideshow. Use the Fast, Normal, Slow and Slideshow buttons for a good starting point. Want a pause on one picture, like a title card at the start or a final product shot? Tap that photo in the Frames list and give it its own display time. Everything else keeps the main speed.
Add Quick Fade or Smooth Fade to blend each picture gently into the next instead of cutting straight across. Boomerang plays your photos forward and then backward for a seamless back-and-forth loop, and Reverse flips the whole order. Choose Loop Forever for classic GIFs, Play 3 Times for something a little more subtle, or Play Once when the animation should stop on the last picture.
Auto picks the shape that most of your photos share, or you can choose Square, Portrait, Wide or Story to fit where you plan to share it. Show Whole Photo keeps every picture complete and fills any gaps with a background colour you choose, while Fill Frame crops photos neatly so every frame is fully covered. For the size, 480 pixels is a good balance of sharpness and file size. Pick 320 for tiny chat GIFs or 640–800 for extra detail.
Have a video instead? Use video to GIF. You can also compress your GIF to make it even smaller, prepare your pictures with the image cropper, or put them side by side with the collage maker.
