Soften a whole photo, blur the background so your subject stands out, or hide faces, number plates and private text with blur or pixelation. Drag the area right on your picture, edit up to 10 images, and download them one by one or together in a ZIP.

Blur is one of those edits almost everyone needs at some point. You might want a dreamy, soft look for a background picture, a portrait where the person pops out from a busy street, or a screenshot where an email address or a child's face should not be seen. This tool handles all three without any photo editing software. Pick a mode, drag a box if you need one, and download.
Everything is done inside your browser window. Your photos are never uploaded, there is no account to create, and the finished image comes back clean, without a watermark.
Whole Image mode softens the complete picture evenly. Low strengths give a gentle, slightly out-of-focus feel that works well for wallpapers, slide backgrounds and text overlays, because words stay readable on top of a calm image. Push the slider higher for a heavy frosted-glass look. The edges of the picture stay clean instead of fading to grey or black.
Background mode imitates the look of an expensive camera lens. Drag the box over your subject, resize it to fit, and everything outside it melts into a soft blur. The Ellipse shape suits people and pets, while Rectangle works better for products and buildings. Raise Soft Edge to make the change from sharp to blurred smooth and natural, or lower it for a crisp spotlight effect. It is a quick way to make product photos, profile pictures and social posts look more polished.
Blur an Area does the opposite: only what is inside the box gets blurred. Use it to cover faces in group photos, car number plates, house numbers, names on documents, or account details in a screenshot before you share it. For anything sensitive, choose Pixelate and turn the strength up. Big coloured squares make it obvious the information was removed on purpose and leave nothing readable behind. You can drag on an empty part of the picture to draw a new box straight away.
Add up to ten pictures and switch Apply To to All Images to use the same blur on every one — handy for a set of product shots with the same layout or screenshots that all show a private field in the same place. You can still click any image and fine-tune it on its own. Download All as ZIP saves the whole set in one file.
The preview is shown at a smaller size so dragging and sliding stay smooth, but the file you download is always full size. Images are saved in their original format by default, and transparent PNG and WebP backgrounds stay transparent. You can switch to JPG, PNG or WebP and choose the quality. Once your picture is blurred, you may want to crop it to the perfect frame, resize it for social media, add your own watermark, or shrink the file size for email and websites.
